Like 9,95 € :(")* I too am facing this problem. The price in the back end is $199.00 on the front end it only shows "9.00". I am using Hikashop Starter - 2.2.3 and Joomla 2.5.16. Just 5 mins backI downloaded Hikashop starter from the website and installed it, but it does not seem to solve the problem. Please advice what I should be doing. This simply means that you have a different tax rule applied on the price on your frontend because of the localization of the current user. For some reason on the front end it deducts 10% of the final price . Anyway the problem was fixed by uninstalling the component and installing it back again . Thank you very much for your efforts !
