Is there an easy way to fix my product names?")* Hello, I just tested it on my end and it worked well, also regarding you csv file, the best solution will be to : - Export your products through a CSV file - Add your product images through this CSV file - Import it back. Also, note that updating your Hikashop version can be a good thing as we made a lot of fix through the new 2.3.0 version. When will 2.3.0 be declared stable? Doing the Export and Import is OK except you end up with dozens of fields you don't want to change in the file. If you want to update anyway, download manually the update via the menu Your account>Your susbcriptions and install it via your joomla installer) The auto update should be turn on during next week. The export process of HikaShop export all data. If you want to export less (or different) date, you will need a little custom plugin to filter the data.
