Thank you")* Hi, I can see that your website currency is OMR, but PayPal doesn't support that currency. That's why you don't see it in your checkout. You'll have to either change your website currency to one supported by PayPal or use a payment gateway which supports your currency (both Skrill and SagePay apparently supports it). But it is maybe supported now, you can potentially try to edit the paypal plugin and add the RUB currency in the accepted currencies and give it a try.
