Is there any other way to install sample product?")* Hi, This indicates that the wizard downloaded the zip in the tmp folder of your website, extracted it there, started copying the images of the products in the upload folder of HikaShop but didn't find the file /tmp/dataexample/script.sql which contains all the SQL of the sample data. I would recommend to check the tmp folder of your website via FTP. See if you have the zip, if the files have been extracted, etc. If not, you can potentially download the sample data zip on your computer, extract it, and upload its files in the /tmp/dataexample/ folder of your website via FTP and then open again that same URL and it should resume the processing.
