If you have that error, it means that something on your website is removing mootools from the output even thought HikaShop asks joomla to add it. It is either the template, or a system plugin (you can try to find the culprit by enabling/disabling them one by one until you find the one which removes mootools from the page and generates that javascript error). Another solution is to deactivate the voting system of HikaShop via the Features tab of the configuration and you should not have that error anymore.
