If you really want to do that, you will have to modify the plugin but it's not something I will recommend you because the goal of xmap is to provide links. And as Jerome said, you should not add the links of the variants of the products in your xmap. That would create duplicate content for search engines and reduce your ranking on search engines, the opposite of what you want. I see that each variant also has the product_id and parent_id. Thus, it is impossible to obtain a duplicate of a product variant, provided that they have a different ID. When set the name of the variants other than the name of the main product, there is no duplication in sitemap. How to change the plugin to be able to crawl all the products/variants by product_id? I hope I managed to explain it sufficiently detailed and accurate. And it's done on purpose. And I know that if you use the Joomla search, you can get the links directly to the variants. But you don't want to have these links in the site amp. Again, if you do search engines will have a different URL for the same product page and will reduce your ranking. So you don't want to do that. I'm sorry to insist but I do not recommend that you try to do that, for your own good.
