The filters are applied on a product listing ; it means that you need to have a product listing module or menu to see the products. You have such module displayed under the category listing menu ; but you do not provide his configuration (which is available just below the category listing menu configuration page). Just asking, because it looks like all products are in sub categories, and you've excluded those sub categories from the filter. Edit it via the Joomla menu manager, check that the settings are set to display all the products of your shop and save the settings. Please provide a screenshot of the settings of that menu item if you still have the problem after checking the settings and saving them. PS: Your subscription to the Business edition ended in December 2015 so you didn't get access to the latest version of the Business edition from your subscription on our website...
