After the upgrade, I see that voters/ratings is not appearing. From the JS console, I see the following error: Uncaught ReferenceError: hikashop_ratings is not defined From prior entries in the forums (ie conflict/incompatibility of jquery and mootools), I installed and configured JQuery-easy 1.5.6. However, the error still persisted and other errors appeared. Can you confirm that the javascript error in my site is caused by jquery and mootools incompatibility? Are there other ways aside from using JQuery easy to resolve the error? So this error means that you have some view overrides from an old version of HikaShop for the vote view files. Rename the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/vote via FTP in order to deactivate the overrides on the vote display and it should hopefully work fine.
