Un lien de téléchargement sera automatiquement fourni à l'utilisateur après l'achat du produit. Merci de votre réponse.")* Bonjour, c'est exactement ce que j'ai fait pour l'upload de l'ebook dans la zone fichier. Par contre, l'utilisateur ne reçois aucun mail, ni lors de la création de la commande, ni lors du règlement. Le mail d'inscription à Joomla! est lui bien reçu par l'utilisateur. Pour information, je fais mes tests avec Paypal Sandbox. Merci pour l'aide. Par contre, le mail comportant le lien de téléchargement est envoyé dès que l'utilisateur arrive sur Paypal, avant qu'il ait payer. Comment corriger cela ? L'un à la création de la commande et un autre à la confirmation de la commande (après le paiement normalement). Et le lien de téléchargement n'est ajouté à ces emails que lorsque le statut de la commande est parmis l'un des statuts de l'option "Valid order statuses for download" de la configuration. Donc soit vous avez mis le statut "created" dans cette option, soit vous avez configurer HikaShop pour que les commandes soient confirmées par défaut (avec l'option "Default order status" de la configuration par exemple).
