It was a problem with the automatic packaging system we're using which wasn't handling the parsing of some of the code on that file and broke the file in the release package. We've fixed the package on our end. For people with the same error, you can either redownload the install package on our website and install it on yours, or remove the <?php tag before the line of the error in the file /components/com_hikashop/views/cart/tmpl/showcart.php and that will fix the problem.
