Try to click on the "rebuild" button of the Joomla menu manager and then run the install of HikaShop again and that might be better. Thanks Andrew")* Hi, If even the rebuild button of Joomla is not able to fix your menu item structure, it's pretty messed up. Apparently, you're missing the root entry of your menu items in the menus table of Joomla. You could try this solution in your PHPMyAdmin: [ www.nonumber.nl/forum/nonumberextensionm...ble-to-install#50033](https://www.nonumber.nl/forum/nonumberextensionmanager/27388-impossible-to-install#50033) That will manually add the root menu item to that table. Then, run the rebuild process again, and then install HikaShop again.
