Please help me br vitaly")* Hi, If there was a problem during the install, I would recommend to run the install again because it means that the install process stopped in the middle due to some kind of restriction of your web server (memory limit, or execution time limit). Well, at this point the server located on my own virtual machine, so i am a host ![:-)](/media/kunena/emoticons/9.png ":-)"). I tried to install component via ftp, same result, its fall on installation part and not on the uploading. After that, some parts of the component works properly, and some parts as "product" fall with error 500. If it possible, i can make you a team viewer or sklype connection, to show you the problem. Anyway, looks like something in the settings of my server or in the component broken. Must to say, that all other installed component (eShops) was no any problem, only hikashop fall in this error, but hikashop is the one i loved ![;-)](/media/kunena/emoticons/14.png ";-)"), so i really really need your help. Please help me br vitaly")* Hi, If it's on your virtual machine, then increase the memory_limit and max_execution_time settings of your php.ini, restart your apache and try again. Also, if you get a 500 error, you can look in the PHP error log of your web server for the error message corresponding to the problem, it will tell you the source of the problem.
