None of the partner orders that you have on your second screenshot are confirmed. They are either cancelled or created. That means that you didn't get any money for these sales. So you don't want to give any affiliate fees to your partners, right ? Also, if the affiliate fee has been paid, it won't show anymore in the affiliate statistics. I've looked at the other website and the issue is that you didn't select the valid order statuses in the setting "Valid order status" of the Affiliate section of the HikaShop configuration. I've added the statuses there for you and it's working.
