It shows "access levels" (Zugriffsebene in German) but nothing to choose (pict 1) Also a custom field isn't working anymore for one of the chosen categories, works for another one though. Having a category "Bueromaterial" with some products in it linked to a menu with settings (pic 2). Custom field "lagerstand" is mapped via custom fields menu but doesn't show up. It does for e.g. "Gastro Produkte".
