Normally, it should display an error message at that point. But your template might not display error messages: [ www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...issues.html#messages](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/61-hikashop-compatibility-issues.html#messages) So try with the default template of Joomla and see if you get an error message which should help you understand what's missing. I installed a different template and tested. That was the trick. I don't have a subscription for that template anymore, so off to do a quick redesign.
