Knowing that we generally reply under 12 hours during the week and 24 hours during the week end (but it could be more ; for sure) ; you just have to wait and not duplicate your question using forum and email. Now about your issue, you will see that the problem is related to the "mod_article_categories" module. And that module in not an HikaShop one. You might have configure that module to be displayed on HikaShop menus ; but it does not mean that HikaShop is the source of that problem.
