The menu you clicked was changed to product listing so it displayed fine, but if you try other menus, you will find the problems, ex the attachment. And when clicking on a category of that menu item, it displays the listing of the products of that category. Most of the menus don't work, the main menu and most sub menus don't show products. You will find the problem if you do another click. So I can only think that there is a problem with your template. Please try to switch to the default template of Joomla temporarily. If it works, it means that the problem is with the template and you could try renaming the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php via FTP.
