When I go to watchful, I don't see Hikashop as option to add license keys. I have watchful installed on all my hikashop sites but never get alerted when a new update is available. Also, your subscription is expired for HikaShop. Updates will only be available if your subscription to HikaShop is valid. So you need to renew your subscription to HikaShop and it should work automatically. You can do that via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website. So does Hikashop still integrate with watchful? I get emailed/alerted when new versions for other extensions are needed to be updated. I don't necessarily have/want to update Hikashop via watchful but would be nice to get alert within watchful about hikashop new versions. I understand my subscription has expired and will renew. As I don't work for Watchful, I can't confirm the state of the situation. However, no one told us that the integration between HikaShop and Watchfully didn't work anymore, so I can only assume it is still working. So if you have trouble with the HikaShop updates, I would recommend you check directly with Watchful on what is the status. But maybe the fact that the subscription is expired for HikaShop, might be linked to you not being notified of the new versions ? I haven't been alerted by watchful for the past few versions of hikashop so I don't think it's related to subscription at all.
