I think you must have that problem: [ www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/89...-8-9-10-upgrade.html](https://www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/895084-category-listings-menu-item-is-empty-after-joomla-3-8-9-10-upgrade.html) So it comes from your update to the latest version of Joomla, and updating HikaShop to the latest version should fix the problem.
