Is there a fix for this?")* Hi, I'm not sure why you would have that problem only for some thumbnails and not others or even only for some sizes and not others for the same image. The simplest will be to deactivate the webp image support on your website. To do that, add an entry with the namekey add_webp_images and the value 0 in the table hikashop_config via your PHPMyAdmin.
