Thanks, Ian & Stu")* Hi, That limit value comes from your web server's PHP configuration. There's nothing you can do in HikaShop or Joomla in order to change it. I would recommend checking with your hosting company support. You must have missed something when changing the upload limit. Thanks, Ian & Stu")* Hi, this was eventually fixed by the service provider but, not long after, our csv uploads started to time out. It's large but worked without a hitch until recently. We sent you a support request but forgot to put our site in the subject for identification. I'll attached the test file here if I'm able to hide it from anyone else. Further we'll provide the site info and logon/pwd details in a private message once you say if you're willing to take a look. Thanks, Ian and Stu p.s. we're asking this because the service providers took a look and say that it is the Joomla application which is at fault. I doubt this but they've put the ball back in our court. So we need to ask you for some help.
