You are right that the sidebar should only appear on account subpages, not on a standalone "Cart display" menu item. The gate that hides the sidebar on the top-level "Order listing" and "Address listing" menu items was missing on the cart show, cart listing and affiliate program views when the sidebar was extended to those pages in 6.4.1. That is a regression on our side, not intended behaviour. The fix is now in the 6.4.1 branch. Please download the latest 6.4.1 build from your member area on our website and install it over your current installation. After the update a standalone "Cart display", "Cart listing" or "Affiliate program" menu item will render without the sidebar, while the corresponding pages reached from the customer account cpanel will keep the sidebar as before.
