What could be the reason?")* Hi, I checked your website but I didn't find a products listing or the products filters you're talking about. So I couldn't check what's happening. Based on what you're saying, the most likely cause is that before, you had a menu item configured to display a listing of all the products on the shop and the filter module was configured with its "menu" setting pointing to that menu item and either this is not the case anymore, or the menu item has been changed somehow. Could you provide more information on how to reproduce the problem on your website ?
