I attempted to use the drag and drop area of the default email template. I moved all product info into 1 column. But, after I save, it reverts to the row and is cut off in the template. Quote Request No. %s is now %s at %s" ----- ID #5 Quote request notification User Receives Email subject line that starts with ... "Well done! Quote Request No. %s is now %s at %s" I customized the HTML in the previous Hikashop version, but it makes sense to get this working and avoid another round of edits in the next upgrade. Any ideas?")* Hi, The layout of the product listing on an email is a table, you can't "merge" columns of a table with the drag & drop. This require changing the code properly. I would recommend you copy / paste the HTML content in a txt file. then, you upload it to a chat AI like ChatGPT and you tell it that it comes from an email of HikaShop and explain how you want to customize it and ask it to provide the modified txt file. It should be able to do it.
