If you don't have any items in the cart, then this will cause the shopping cart to think it has an item in it; although nothing appears there. If you already have any items in the shopping cart already, adding a negative quantity will cause you to lose those number of products specified; or, if it causes you to no longer have any items in the cart, then you will have to deal with the first bug. Those are the issues related: - If click on those products, all the page modules jump from the left side to the main page (¿?¿?). - "Camisa verde" displays a dropdown to select the variants. If you try to change it, with every change the page layout is altered again in other ways. - "Camisa roja" also have variants in its configuration, but displays no dropdown. The only difference with "Camisa verde" is that it has a price range defined in the general product fields (no price defined in variants ones). - On the listing of products, first i select the category of the products with variants. Sometime it is added, after hitting the button several (at least ten) times. - The very few times a product is added to the cart, if i want to delete it, i also have to try a lot of times too. - Almost all categories in my test shop has been fulled with at least one product, and those product has been also mostly associated with different categories. Despite of this, if I browse through a hikashop module set by category or by a side menu i created whose options were set "Type of content: category", the result is always the same: no produt is displayed in the page. - If "Price display method" selected is "Cheapest price" in HikaShop module, a product with price range based on quantity is marked as "free" into the hikashop module ("CAMISA ROJA" one in my site). The workaround I found is to go back to another screen (for example the product list) without saving the product, and then going again to the product page. Thank you also for giving us a chance to use that component as a free version. I installed component with no problem at all. I added product category, product, tax category and one VAT rate, published local currency PLN, added joomla menu item with connection to the shop, entered shop and had an attempt to make transaction. Till that moment I did not noticed any malfunctions. Being logged in, I added single product to the cart, pressed checkout and added additional data for the transaction: address, and so on. I made one mistake: I input text string like "qwerty" in the telephone field. I got the following error in the front: and the following one in the back int the customers section, in the form which displayed the user who made fatal transaction: The "fatal" user got improper address (a default one with French location, not the location I choose from the form). Additionally system created new empty user record in customers section and made some errors in hikka tables (improper length of tables). I tried to remove that error so I corrected the tables with sql tools, removed address, and other records bound with the fatal transaction. After I removed the addresss - the error displayed in the back did not show up anymore. But error in the front still persists. According to the thread www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/3-bug-...ble-fatal-error.html you were ready to inspect the system. My system is the test one. I install here components for inspection before installing them on a live site. How can I pass you the user and password details?
