1. Yes. You can use the normal HikaShop content module for that. Just set the ordering column option to product_average_vote and the ordering direction option to DESC.

Is it possible to have the user's top buys? One module with the most bought products by a determined user, when he is logged in?

And a module with something like, "who bought this product, also bought..", have some kind of cart analysis/comparison, and suggestions?

For your first question, there is no module for that.

For the second point, you can add related products to your products in order to display suggestions on the product page. There is however no "people who bought this product, also bought.." module

Both are possible with a HikaShop products listing menu/module provided that you configure its hikashop options accordingly.

Yes. Create a new mass action with an action "update the value" on the "product_sales" column and set its value to 0. Then simply run the mass action and that will reset the best sellers.
