So you will probably have to create one option per product, or make a little plugin to manage this use case. Is this possible or do I need to add a option for each product?")* Hi, Instead of using an option, you should use a characteristic. Then, via the "manage variants" button, after you add the characteristic to a product, you can enter the percentage of the main product price for each variant (so 125% in your example). Then, you can simply copy that product and and all the variants will be duplicated as well so that you just have to enter your main products info each time.
