Cleaning website and browser cache didn't help. I deleted the plugin to solve the problem. Later i disabled a product and the same happened again. It was still showing on the website (public) The only way to solve this was deleting the product. Today my client asked met to publish the website and i disabled a payment method that is not configured yet. I cleared the website cahce and checked the checkout and there it was still showing. My solution to hide the payment method is to restrict it to a non published zone... It is obvious to me that there is a bug in Hikashop, When i disable a product or payment method or module or whatever it should not be visible on the website! Having to delete products, modules or plugins is not a solution. Please fix this in the next version Another not related? problem is in the administrator the Hikashop about/update page shows a blank page under the Hikashop menu. Can you give us more information about the issue that you are having with your product, by : - Showing us some screenshots of how did you configured one of your unpublished products - giving me a link where this product is showing 2. Regarding a blank page, as it's said on the [ documentation ](http://www.hikashop.com/support/59-hikashop-how-to-install.html#blank): > A blank page does not help us to determine what could be the problem so if you get a blank page (an entire white screen without anything written on it), please make sure that your PHP configuration enables you to see errors and if not, edit your php.ini file and search for the string parameter display\_errors. > This parameter should be turned On : display\_errors = On. > If it's not the case, please edit your php.ini file, modify this line, save your file and then restart your server and try again to install HikaShop.
