You have a javascript conflict on your website with mootools. Because of that, the popup system of Joomla is not initialized and you don't see the popup. Install and configure jquery easy and it should work: [ extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-en...jquery-scripts/18327](http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327)
