I have compared the HikaShop configuration of one opening correctly (250g House Blend Roasted Beans) and the other that does not (250g Daily Grind Blend Roasted Beans). I looked at the HTML code (Chrome Inspect element) and apart from the product numbers the HTML looks identical. It would seem that the form submits the same information, yet the one opens within the Joomla Template and the other one pops-out into a style-less window. Okay, I can see what the problem is, i.e. that it is referring to a module (set up somewhere) that probably has been removed--jcomments, it would seem. It consequently would seem that I should remove this citation from the particular product's page. The exact place is slipping from me presently. There seems to be a fault in the file: components/com_jcomments/classes/plugin.php in function [public static function getItemid]. I took guidance from a posting [[ www.joomlatune.com/forum/index.php?topic=8521.0](http://www.joomlatune.com/forum/index.php?topic=8521.0)] to correct the issue and it worked great. The offending line seems to be [require_once(JPATH_SITE . '/includes/application.php');] that should be [$app = JFactory::getApplication('site');]. Not HikaShop, but Joomla. Thanks for your input.
