If the XML provided is well formatted you can use the import system of Hikashop to add/update the products (aka the flights in your case). However, if you want to integrate the iframe thing it won't be directly related to Hikashop (since you'll finalize the order with another merchant system). So it is possible but it might be complciated on certain aspect (like the updating part).
