When opened, in the right pane 'Locale information', set 'Symbol and positive value space separation' to "No", then save. That should do it. (Depending on your currency, you might need to do it for the negative value as well.) --- Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? But I don't think that you can get $100CAD as there is no way to tell the system to put the price in the middle.
