Else, thanks to your browser console do you see any javascript error returned ? About the browser console... i try different browsers and different pc and the result was the same... Maybe some code is missig?")* Hi, If you can explain me why the HikaShop core files as been modified and why the files: "administrator/components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/price.php" "administrator/components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/priceaccess.php" Are just empty files ; I will be happy to understand. Please do not modify HikaShop core files ; please be sure that when you update HikaShop, you have right access to all files and that the installation is processed correctly. I can't know if other HikaShop core files are empty ; but for the moment your backend product edition is working just with the overrides, which is not normal. I have not touch anything in the files. For a while I used the free version and decided to go to business. After Install everything was fine. after a few days I started to add products and saw that there is no product prices in the back-end . I wrote in the forum and then you answer me that : "For some reasons, the file "administrator/components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/price.php" was empty instead of containing the code of the price listing on your website. We've added the code as a template override in " /administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=view&task=edit&id=1|isis|component|com_hikashop|product|price%2Ephp " and it's now working." Until now I did not use price access level and I haven't noticed this problem. I hope that it was the two files impacted. When you will update HikaShop next time, please check that you have right write permission on all HikaShop files (administrator/components/com_hikashop ; components/com_hikashop ; media/com_hikashop ) The next update should restore the files correctly.
