Your adding the code of the video that your streaming plateform gave you directly in the description of the product instead of using a Joomla content plugin. 2. The HTML editor that you're using is filtering the HTML that you're adding to the description as it is detected as not normal HTML description tags. Any ideas?")* Hi, Get and use a plugin like [ www.joomlashack.com/joomla-extensions/osembed/](https://www.joomlashack.com/joomla-extensions/osembed/) or, if only YouTube is required, [ www.joomlashack.com/joomla-extensions/osyoutube/](https://www.joomlashack.com/joomla-extensions/osyoutube/), then all you need is to put the URL to the video on its own line in the product description. C'è qualche conflitto? Si può risolvere? Il problema si manifesta solo nella descrizione di prodotti, dove già era inserito un video di youtube, appena faccio una qualsiasi modifica e salvo mi elimina il video. Lo fa con qualsiasi editor. Any ideas?")* Hi, In HikaShop 5.1.1, we've added a setting "Filter HTML in description" in the HikaShop configuration: [ www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ig.html#main\_product](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/54-hikashop-config.html#main_product) This setting is turned on by default and filters the HTML of the description to prevent potential hacking attempts. This can restrict what HTML tags you can use in your products description. So, the first thing would be to check this setting. If it's activated, try deactivating it and see if that helps for your issue.
