The thumbnails are clickable on the product page. If that's not the case on your website, it either comes from your Joomla template or another third party extension. Can you please tell me if there is any settings for it ?")* Hi, I see that the display of the images has been changed by something called "prettyphoto" on your website and which removed the code which makes them clickable. I suppose that this was done with a view override and in that case you can rename the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/show_block_img.php to something else via FTP and that will deactivate the override and use the standard file of HikaShop. Otherwise, it's possible that the file has been modified directly and you'll have to revert the changes to the file components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/show_block_img.php (you can get the original file in the path front/views/product/tmpl/show_block_img.php of the install package of HikaShop).
