Create a custom field of type "product", as "read only" and limited to the specific categories, and disable it for the frontend, so it won't show where all custom product fields are showing. Then you edit the view "product / show_default" and put a little PHP snippet to load the field and place it where you want. The rest is HTML and CSS to make it appearing how you want. However, if you're not sure what you're doing, get a developer to do it for you, or consider this: 2.
