Best regards Carsten")* Hi, This seems something related to the SEF settings on your website. Can you provide a screenshot of the settings in the SEF section of the HikaShop configuration ? What if you download again the latest version install package from our website and install it on your website, does that help ? It's probably linked to the "activate mini URL" setting that you have in the HikaShop configuration. Try turning it on. So it might a problem with your template. Try renaming the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/user/ via FTP and see if that helps. Best regards Carsten")* In the FTP you provided the issue comes from the file /templates/gk_fest/html/com_hikashop/user/registration.php which has been incorrectly customized by the template. I've renamed it to registration_.php and that should fix the problem. So the problem was indeed coming from your template, not HikaShop.
