No idea what happened...")* Hello, I really don't know how you can arrived to a such results, anyway you can find [ **here**](https://www.hikashop.com/forum/product-category-display/885804-admin-explorer-tree-not-showing-all-categories.html#247416) in this topic a message that will explain how to fix this. You **have to know** that if you **create** or **manage** a category **under the root**, **if you delete** your parent category that may leads to this kind of issue, just a guess...
