Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of that product and a screenshot of the product page where you highlight the manufacturer displayed ? The thing displayed on your product page is the "brand URL", not the "brand" of the product. And the "show brand" setting of the HikaShop configuration is specifically for the brand not the brand URL. So if you don't want that URL on the product page, don't enter it or use CSS or a view override to hide it.
