Thanks.")* Great that worked, the only issue is the field is not required to add the product. How do I make it so that if I do not check the accept checkbox, the add to cart button is not enabled? I only want them to be able to add the product to cart if they check the box. Thanks Paul. You just need to configure the "HikaShop cart notify plugin" via the Joomla plugins manager to display the messages next to the add to cart button instead of displaying in the corner.
