On which page ? After clicking where ? And could you try to reproduce the problem with the "debug mode" and "error reporting" settings of the joomla configuration activated ? That should display an error message with more information which would help understand the situation. Also, there was never a 3.8 version of HikaShop. Which version do you really have ?
