Check if you have a file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/pagination.php via FTP. If you do, try renaming it in order to deactivate it. That way, it will use the default pagination and you might even get back the custom pagination look. Otherwise, we'll have to look into it. I'm on the move at the moment so I can't give you an IP address. Please wait a few days and we can look into it next week or deactivate the IP protection temporarily. Please let me know when you can send your IP. Both the J3 This message contains confidential information and the J4 This message contains confidential information make use of the same Rocket Theme template, so I don't think that causes the different styling. Bootstrap pagination is different between the 2 versions though.
