Without a usable shipping method the order cannot be finished. You can see this in the shipping area of the checkout, which says "The cart items combined weight is too small for all the possible shipping methods". With a physical product in the cart the weight goes over 1 g, AustPost becomes available, and that is why the checkout works then. HikaShop asks for shipping on a product with no weight when the option "Force shipping regardless of weight" is on. It is usually turned on when the shop was set up for physical products. To fix it: 1. In System > Configuration, Checkout tab, set "Force shipping regardless of weight" to No and save. 2. Edit the access product and make sure its weight is empty or 0. After that, when the access product is ordered alone, the checkout skips the shipping step and goes straight to payment. When a physical product is in the cart, AustPost is still offered as before. Your minimum weight and minimum price settings on AustPost can stay as they are.
