Add to cart product link doesn't redirect

Hi Support!

I am using Add To Cart Product link in a content item. When I click on it, it looks like it opens cart in a new page, however the menu item in the top menu remains the same even though I have a separate menu item for hikashop checkout page. So, the link doesn't take me to the hikashop checkout page menu item.

How can I resolve this issue?

In the config under the tab checkout, you have the option "force a menu on checkout" where you can select your menu.
