Then I changed the 'Configuration->Checkout->Display checkout progress bar' to 'Checkout progress without end', and I saw shipping and payment in checkout process. Then I changed 'Display checkout progress bar' to 'No checkout progress', and they've been gone. Then I changed it again, and 'shipping' has been gone. Here is my 'checkout' screenshot. BUT! After reconfiguring 'Checkout->Checkout workflow' I've lost 'shipping' again. Re-reconfiguring doesn't fix it. OK. I sent you login and pass to back-end. Thanks.
