Ce qu'il faudrait faire à la limite c'est ajouter les valeurs dans ces champs en javascript, et cacher au préalable ces champs en css. Comme ça l'utilisateur ne peut pas changer ces valeurs, et comme vous les remplissez, elles sont enregistrées correctement.
