You can change the option "registration" to "no registration" and turn off the "login" option in the Checkout tab of the configuration. That will remove the login form and remove the fields "name","username", "password" of the registration form and no user account will be created for the user. Only the email and the address will be asked. You'll be able to do it following these instructions with a commercial version of Hikashop, are you sure that you're using an essential version, and not a starter one ? 2. We don't know your website url, we can't see/access anything so it is a little bit difficult to give you indications or answer. A 500 error is not generated like that, it could be a PHP problem or a webserver problem. Like for example some errors in your htacess file. There are many different possibilities which could generate such error. Without any indication I can't say more that trying to get more details in your web server logs.
