After that, can you please provide some useful information like your joomla version, your hikashop version number, your website. It can probably be over the rest of the page so when you click, you clickl on that zone and not on the elements under. This kind of things can be due to an important margin left or something like that. I mean that i can change a quantity, but the font is invisible.
