HikaShop do not assign a user name if HikaShop does not create a Joomla account during the registration. So it means that you are using the "guest checkout" and it is fully logical that HikaShop does not create a Joomla account and that the user don't have a login and a password. So you simply re-enter your user info, including the same email address in the form and it will work. If you are in "registration" mode, you need to login with the username/password you used when registering the first time. If you are in "simplified registration" mode, you need to login with the email you used and the password that was sent to you by email when registering the first time.
