Your template is not compatible with Bootstrap so you will have some display trouble. For your popup, your template put a "black" background when the parameter "tmpl=component" is added. This parameter indicate that we are in a popup and the template can use at this moment different CSS rules (to manage the display of the content in a popup). It's not a Hikashop relted problem. About the second question, you have to add some css rules to override your template behavior which create this black window.
